Scheduled maintenance & Inspections

AMS is performing scheduled maintenance at the Munich international airport 'Franz Josef Strauss' 'EDDM' and at the Oberpfaffenhofen airport 'EDMO' in Germany.

In Oberpfaffenhofen we do line and base maintenance on Global Express, Challenger 604, 605, 650 and 850 and CRJ200 aircraft.

In Munich we do line maintenance only due to the limited hangar space. The capabilities here are outlined below and include:

Global Express, XRS, 5000, 5000-GVFD, 6000

Airframe / Engine:
  • 250, 500, 1000 FH
  • 1A (750FH), 2A (1500FH), 3A(2250FH)
  • 6 MTH, 8 MTH, 12 MTH
  • 1C (15 MTH), 2C (30 MTH)
  • SB’s, AD’s within Line Scope
  • Modifications within Line Scope
APU RE220 Inspections
  • 500 - 2000 Hours
Unscheduled
  • Trouble shooting
  • Defect rectification
  • Component replacement with use of external test equipment if required

Challenger 604, 605 and 650

Airframe / Engine:
  • 100, 400, 800, 1200 FH or
  • 100, 500, 1000, 1500 FH
  • 6 MTH, 12 MTH, 24 MTH, 36 MTH
  • SB’s, AD’s within Line Scope
  • Modifications within Line Scope
APU GTCP 36-100 Inspections
  • 400 - 3000 Hours
APU GTCP 36-150 Inspections
  • 500 - 3000 Hours

Challenger 850 / CRJ 200

APU GTCP 36-150 Inspections
  • 300 - 5000 Hours

Further to this we also perform battery maintenance in our battery shop and tire changes in our wheel shop.

Cost saving option

On Site - Scheduled Maintenance

As a new service, we offer you to perform your scheduled maintenance inspections & checks ON SITE!

Performing scheduled maintenance on-site has the advantage that you do not have to fly your aircraft to a maintenance center, which very often involves empty legs.
Avoiding these empty legs can save you a significant amount of money!
Obviously not everything can be done this way as it depends on the availability of facilities and supplies on site.

We are specialists in providing worldwide AOG support and on site maintenance for executive aircraft.

Troubleshooting

AMS has highly experieced staff that are able to perform troubleshooting via telephone, email etc. prior to the dispatch of a mobile repair team.
With this approach we manage to determine the fault cause in advance in more than 95% of all cases.
That, at the end allows us to dispatch the mobile repair team with the proper tools and parts to the location of the aircraft and fix it right away.
